“..turning an old fashioned, downstairs cloakroom into a walk-in, or wheel in, shower ‘wetroom’ because of illness and disability in the family… removal of a partition wall and altering doorways, refashioning wastewater drainage through the concrete floor and relaying the floor, getting the levels exactly right. All this was carried out quickly with due consideration for the household including the invalid. The team were always careful and neat and gave one every confidence….. We have had to call for help since with breakdown of the electric immersion heater and, at the same time, the oil fired boiler.
